Equipment and Instruments needed for work and verification are identified, procured and procedures are laid down to ensure that this equipment and instrument are in a fit condition for carrying out the work and verification activities. 

Personnel who are managing, performing and verifying the quality activities including internal quality audits are identified and adequately trained for their activities. 

Verification activities are carried out at goods inward stages, inprocess stages and final inspection stages. The verification points and parameters are identified and verification is carried out as per laid  down procedures. Text plans and work instructions are applicable. The requirements of in-house inspection, measuring, testing and monitoring equipments and  personnel are identified from time to time. 

Whenever the company introduces a new product or affects a change in the manufacturing process, production incharge assesses the new requirements in collaboration with different shop incharge for inspection, measuring, testing, monitoring equipments and personal.
